Any complaints, suggestions and/or improvements relating to the delivery of the above services should be directed to the respective Head of Department whose contacts are detailed in item 13 below and if the complaint cannot be adequately dealt with at this level, he/she can approach the Ministry’s Permanent Secretary on 242705531 or 24270685

The Ministry has an Ethics and Integrity Committee put in place to deal with issues of corruption and unethical practices.
