Coordinate research and implementation of research results of at least two targeted researches every calendar year as approved by the Ministry and guided by national priorities

To coordinate and monitor university education

To provide Financial and Administrative support to the Ministry.

Provide and manage human skills capital requirements for the Ministry

To provide legal advice to the Ministry and its stakeholders.
